How does one think of what to write in their blog?
I guess blogging comes naturally to some people, because I try and I try, but nothing pops into my head.
I wish I was as quick of thought and creative as everyone on this website

Dear Santa,

About two years ago I had the chance to go see the musical Wicked.  It was just amazing! Anyway it was in Los Angeles for about two years and then it left and has been in San Francisco for the past two years. I've been wanting to travel all the way up to San Francisco just to go see it again, but I'm a poor child!

But OMG!!!!! Yesterday I bumped into an advertisement that said that Wicked is coming to the Orange County Performing Arts Center (which happens to be about 30 minutes from my house), and I want to go soooooooo bad!
Please Santa, I've been a real good girl this year... Can I please have two tickets to go see Wicked? (one for me and one for my sister). Both my sister and I will be very very grateful.

yours truly;

Wicked

I just love my Wicked soundtrack, I can literally sit and listen to the whole soundtrack in a single sitting. I remember the first time I saw wicked, it was the most beautiful thing one can experience. As you walk into the theater the first thing one sees is a giant map, the map to Emerald City. Emerald City is like N.Y.C of Oz land, it is expensive and sophisticated and it's just full of life. We get a sense of this lively city by listening to the song "One Short Day". One short day is performed in Emerald City by Galinda and Elphaba, as they walk around and explore this wonderful city. Oh, I just can't wait until I can walk around New York City, wearing my super cool green glasses of course.
However the show stopper of course is Defying Gravity. Defying gravity is such a great song that it can be a hit without any back ground information. It's a song that everyone can relate to. We all have dreams, and we all have obstacles bringing us down, but we have to keep them away and defy gravity, do the things everyone said we couldn't do! So maybe one day you might see me on Broadway after all.... hehehe
Wicked is such a beautiful musical, perfect in every single way, and listening to the soundtrack brings back those wonderful memories. I remember the first time I saw Wicked, I couldn't sleep for a whole week, I was blown away by the music. As i laid to be and close my eyes I swear I could hear the music... It was official, I had become addicted.
The only thing that bothers me about the soundtrack is that they left out one of the songs,  Nessa Rose's  song, Wicked Witch of the East. Unfortunately Nessa's number did not make it into the soundtrack, which only makes me want to go see Wicked again!

My Soundtrack rating: 9
other comments: I recommend buying the soundtrack, you do not need to have seen the actual play, because the soundtrack itself does a wonderful job in telling the story of the wicked witch of the west.
Warnings: Soundtrack may cause some chills :D
